Together with 150 runners, the Surplus 5K Charity Run 2025 successfully distributed 200 nutritious meals to Indonesian children and saved 100 kg of carbon emissions (CO₂e) from potential food waste.

Open the Surplus app and search for “Surplus Run” in the search bar. Tickets are available under Surplus Event in the voucher product category. If you haven’t purchased a ticket yet, click here using mobile phone.
Check Your Email
After purchase, you will receive an email to the address registered in the Surplus app. The email contains detailed information about Surplus Run and the re-registration procedure.
Re-Registration
Fill in your personal details through the link provided in the email. Make sure all information is accurate and matches your ID.
Race Pack Collection
Details regarding the schedule and location for Race Pack collection will be sent via email. Please show your “Order Number” from the Surplus app when collecting your Race Pack.
Event Day
Wear the official jersey provided and ensure you are in good condition before joining the run. Come, run, and donate together with us.

Donations from Surplus 5K Charity Run are converted into nutritious food packages that meet proper dietary standards.
The donations will be distributed through Foodbank of Indonesia (FOI) and Yayasan Indonesia Setara.
The Foodbank of Indonesia (FOI) is a social organization committed to reducing food insecurity by bridging communities with surplus food and those in need. FOI also supports the national mission to achieve food sovereignty while contributing to SDG No. 2 (Zero Hunger) and SDG No. 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).
Yayasan Indonesia Setara is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating equal access and opportunities for MSMEs and cooperatives. Its focus is on empowering women, persons with disabilities, youth, and cooperatives, with the aim of strengthening the growth and development of MSMEs and cooperatives across Indonesia.
Donation Mechanism
- Donation Accumulation Each Surplus Run ticket includes a donation. The amount is based on the ticket category chosen by participants.
- Distribution Donations collected will be managed by Surplus Indonesia with FOI and Yayasan Indonesia Setara distributed as nutritious food packages.
