Sales Development

Job Description

  1. Discover new potential merchants (food-retailers/restaurants) to be acquired.
  2. Conduct meetings with potential partners (hotel restaurant (buffet)/ mall restaurant (buffet)/supermarket organic/pastry/bakery/groceries/coffee shop) in Jakarta to join Surplus Indonesia.
  3. Manage the entire merchant onboarding process to ensure a seamless onboarding and activation experience for all merchant partners.
  4. Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role for at least 2 years.
  2. Strong understanding of the food-retail and restaurant industry in Jakarta would be preferrable.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
