Growth Lead
Job Description
- Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Formulate and execute strategic plans aimed at managing and enhancing merchant revenue.
- Internal Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal Surplus teams to provide solutions and drive merchant growth.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the growth team, which includes Account Management Staff, Sales Development, and Customer Service.
- Business Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s business, product offerings, competitors, and the overall industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in growth marketing, business development, or a similar role, with a focus on revenue generation and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling merchant or customer accounts.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Sales, and Customer Service.
