Account Management

Job Description

  1. Relationships management: maintain good communications with merchants to understand their needs.
  2. Marketing campaign and promotion: Together with marketing teams develop creative campaigns by co-marketing partnership with our merchants to bring value to our customers, which also drive more values back to our merchants
  3. Fostering growth and elevating ROI: Ensure the merchants’ growth based on a data driven approach to estimate ROI.
  4. Ensuring consistency and quality: Have the greatest interest to make sure merchants are maintaining service and food quality consistency. Coordinate with the Growth team (Sales Development, Growth Strategist, Head of Growth), Customer Service and merchants to ensure issues are resolved over email, phone, or in person.
  5. Teamwork: Work with our product, operations, and merchant acquisition teams to make sure merchants have the best possible experience

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in sales, business development, AM or a related role for at least 2 years.
  2. Strong understanding of the food-retail and restaurant industry in Jakarta.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
