Supervisor Operations

Job Description

  1. Oversee warehouse and inventory processes, including stock accuracy and reporting
  2. Monitor central kitchen production and coordinate R&D activities
  3. Manage packing and delivery to ensure timely and efficient distribution
  4. Lead operational teams, manage schedules, and improve team performance
  5. Prepare operational reports and drive continuous process improvements

Requirements

  1. D3/Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or operational role (logistics, warehouse, or F&B preferred)
  3. Valid SIM A or SIM C
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills
  5. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  6. Knowledge of FIFO, stock management, and F&B production is a plus
